1. Nature of Service
Wisherly is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical products. The "product" you purchase is a personalised digital surprise page hosted on wisherly.co, accessible via a unique URL that we generate for you after successful payment.
2. Delivery Method
Delivery is via:
- Your dashboard at wisherly.co/dashboard.html (requires sign-in).
- A unique page URL that you can share with your recipient via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any other channel.
- A GST invoice email receipt sent to the email address on your account.
3. Delivery Timeline
Your surprise page is generated and becomes accessible instantly after successful payment — typically within 30 seconds of the payment being confirmed by Razorpay.
There is no shipping delay, no tracking number, and no courier service involved.
4. Confirmation
Upon successful payment:
- You will be automatically redirected to the "Done" page showing your surprise page link.
- The page appears in your dashboard.
- A GST invoice is generated and available for download.
- Confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
5. Accessing Your Page
You can access your page at any time by:
- Logging into your Wisherly account and opening your dashboard.
- Using the unique URL generated for your page.
If you lose the link, sign in and you will find all your pages listed on the dashboard.
6. Sharing with Recipient
It is your responsibility to share the page URL with the intended recipient. We do not send the link directly to the recipient. You can share via:
- SMS
- Any social media or messaging app
The recipient does not need a Wisherly account to view the page.
7. Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your page is not generated after successful payment, or the link does not work, please contact us immediately:

- Subject: "Delivery Issue — [Order ID]"
- Include: Order ID, Payment ID (Razorpay reference), and a brief description of the issue.
We typically respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve all delivery issues within 48 hours. If we cannot deliver the page, you are entitled to a full refund per our Refund Policy.
8. No Physical Shipping
Wisherly does not ship any physical goods. We do not:
- Collect shipping addresses.
- Partner with courier or logistics providers.
- Charge shipping fees.
- Offer tracking numbers or delivery confirmation.
All pricing is for digital delivery only. No additional fees apply for delivery, regardless of your location in India or abroad.
