1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Wisherly uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and understand how you use our service.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Essential for the Platform to function. Cannot be opted out.

2.2 Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform. On by default; if you are in the EU, UK or EEA, set only after you choose “Accept all”. You can switch them off any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Anonymous visit counts (no cookies). If you have chosen “Essential only” (or, in the EU, UK or EEA, have not chosen “Accept all”), we still count visits to Wisherly so we know how many people each page and campaign reaches. Nothing is stored on or read from your device for this. We record the page, the site or campaign link that brought you, and your device type. We also record your browser language, your time zone, a screen size band (for example “380–430 pixels wide”), how long the page took to load, how long you spent on the page and how far you scrolled, and which links you click (for links to other sites, only the site’s name). Our server notes your browser and operating system type (for example “Chrome on Android”); the full browser string your device sends is not stored. To group the pages of one visit, our server uses a hash of your network address and browser type that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your address or used to follow you across days.
2.3 Advertising Measurement Cookies
Tell us which of our Google, Instagram or Facebook ads led to a purchase. On by default, except in the EU, UK or EEA where they are set only after you choose “Accept all”. You can switch them off any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Never used to build profiles on other sites.
Purchases sent from our server. When you buy and have not chosen “Essential only”, our server also tells Meta about the purchase (Meta Conversions API), so the sale is counted even if your browser blocks the pixel. We send the amount, the product, your IP address and browser type, the _fbp / _fbc cookies, and one-way hashes (SHA-256) of your email, phone number and Wisherly account id. Meta uses these only to match the purchase to an ad; your email and phone are never sent in readable form.

3. Similar Technologies
3.1 Local Storage
We use browser local storage to store user preferences and session data. This persists until you clear your browser data.
3.2 Session Storage
We use session storage for temporary data during your visit. This is cleared when you close your browser tab.
3.3 Firebase SDK
Our use of Firebase involves client-side SDKs that store tokens in local storage to maintain authentication state.

5. Your Cookie Choices
5.1 Cookie Consent Tool
If you visit from the EU, UK or EEA, you will be asked first, with a choice of “Accept all” or “Essential only”. Elsewhere, analytics and ad measurement are on by default. Anyone can change their choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page; “Essential only” switches off analytics ids, ad measurement and the server-side purchase signal to Meta.
5.2 Browser Settings
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, Search and Services → Cookies
Disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect the functionality of the Platform. You may not be able to stay logged in or complete purchases.
5.3 Opt-Out Links
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We currently do not respond to DNT signals as there is no universal standard. We encourage you to use our cookie preference tool instead.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, via a notice on the Platform.
